MarioWiki:Poll selection

From the Super Mario Wiki, the Mario encyclopedia

We allow users to submit polls for use on the Main Page. To get started, add your poll to the bottom of the Poll Submissions section. Mario and game-related polls are encouraged, and don't exceed 10 options.

Then, users can vote either for or against the submitted polls. Polls are selected by their number of supporters, and those with a majority of opposers are deleted. Please, do not use signatures, as they alter vote counts.

  3. era64 - Small list of choices. People have sometimes problems with other levels. In Super Mario World Tubular is second hardest level, first is Outrageous. But I have actually problem with Pipe Maze four level (at SMA4). SMBTLL 8-4 isn't really hard. And most positions is the Yoshi games hardest levels.

That's fairly hard, but it depends on whether you're talking about just clearing the level, or getting 100% on it. Dom (talk)

Good idea you more choices though. How about these: Castles - Masterpiece Set(I Think this is hardest level),Yoshi's Island Easter Eggs and Larry's castle

I found Ultimate Castle Challenge (known as Castles - Masterpiece Set on SNES, I assume) strangely easy, and got 100% without much trouble. However, the Easter Eggs level in YIDS is definitely a worthy choice. Larry's castle is one of the hardest boss castles, but all you have to do is get to the end and beat Larry, in Yoshi'd Island you have to collect everything - much harder. Does SSBB count as a Mario game? If so The Great Maze is an extremely long level that can take hours to complete, and it is incredibly hard to defeat taboo, expecially on hard or more. The maze it self, may or may not be hard on ones opinion, but i find it confusing. Luigifreak (talk)
Nah, the maze is easy once you find out where things are. And Tabuu is really easy even on Intense. Well, I find him easy. And that's even though I kind of suck at the game. Dom (talk)

OK, I'll take your word on Power Tennis, but I've never played it - so I need confirmation from several other Users that its' Multiplayer gameplay is a fine thing. As for Mario Party 1 - well, I haven't mentioned any of the Mario Party games yet as I've never owned any of them. (no point owning a multiplayer-oriented game when you're generally a loner...) Since they are designed mainly for Multiplayer, I would like to know which edition in the Mario Party series is the most worthy of a place in this poll. Dom (talk)
I think you should put Mario Party 8 and/or Mario Party DS, because they're the newer Mario Party games I've played. I never played MP4 to MP7, but other Users could say what's their opinion about these Mario Party installments. Paper Yoshi (talk)

Nah, the whole point fo this poll is to find out which game is considered by many people to have the best multiplayer gameplay. Comparing series is not easy because some series have many more installments than others, and some are much better than others within the series, etc. So I'm not going to change the poll idea.
