Spring Topman
The title of this article is conjectural; an official name for the article's subject has not been found, so it has been given a fitting title by the editors. If an official name is found, then the article should be moved to its appropriate title.
A Spring Topman is a sub-species of Topman, appearing in Super Mario Galaxy as part of the Topman Tribe. It resembles a large green top. A Spring Topman can use a spin attack which does not damage Mario, but stuns and knocks him backwards. However, this spin could potentially be used to knock Mario into other hazards that may hurt him. If Mario tries to stomp a Spring Topman it's head will pop up, immobilizing it, and a second stomp will send Mario skyward similar to a Trampoline. Mario often had to take advantage of this to reach high ledges and items. If Mario Star Spins a Spring Topman, it produces a Mini-Topman. The only way to defeat one is to spin it into an electric fence.
