A Bomb Car is a dangerous obstacle found in Mario Kart: Double Dash!!. It is found in only two courses: in Mushroom Bridge of the Flower Cup, and in Mushroom City of the Star Cup. The Bomb Car is found driving only on the main streets however not on shortcuts like the rest of the vehicles.

The effects of hitting a Bomb Car has the same effect as getting blown up by either a Bob-omb or a Blue Shell. Hitting the car with an item such as a Yoshi Egg or Green Shell will also cause the bomb to blow up.

Similar Bomb Cars appear in multiplayer battles in Mario Kart 64. When more than two persons are playing, and one of the players looses, that player turns into a Bomb Car and will be able to move around and explode on any opponent. However, even if this is done sucessfully the player will still have lost.

• The Bomb Car is a Bob-omb on wheels, but no one can drive it.
