Hey, I've just provided you with the welcome template in case you'd find it useful.
By the way, what's the name stand for?
Shokora (talk · edits) 04:38, 28 April 2017 (EDT)
My name is actually the abbreviation of Kirby's full name in Japan(Hoshi No Kirby), because I am also a big fan of the Kirby series.
I brought back the list I removed from iQue!
Hey, I'm here to let you know that I brought back the list from iQue's page that I removed! The one with the category "Other localized Mario games", remember? I even made it better! There's only one problem though: I'm not sure about MK8D's Simplified Chinese name. If you know it, please fix it for me! Gold Luigi (talk) 09:50, 31 December 2017 (EST) Thank you so much! And yes, the official Chinese name for Mario Kart 8 is 瑪利歐賽車8豪華版 in Chinese T and 马力欧卡丁车8豪华版 in Chinese S. H.N.K (talk) 02:33, 05 March 2018 (EST)
Super Mario Galaxy controls
To be honest, the controls section of Super Mario Galaxy needs reworking anyway. It's an overly long description of the controls when other games don't do that, and a simple list would work better. The Nvidia controls can be easily incorporated if the section was reworked to be like that. 01:08, 27 March 2018 (EDT)
Uploads
Hello, H.N.K.. Good job on your recent uploads, but when uploading files, keep in mind that you must correctly use the {{aboutfile}} template. What you were doing looks like this, and it is an inconvenience for other users to fix up the template. It is simple to learn how to format it correctly. The pre-loaded syntax is shown below. {{aboutfile |1=Subject of the image |2=Where you found the image |3=Artist |4=Describe edits, if any |5=Other versions (use file link) }} Just replace the necessary parts with that corresponding information, and remove the entire line for the parameter(s) you don't use. Please consider the above information before uploading more files. If you continue using {{aboutfile}} incorrectly, then a warning will be issued. Thank you for reading, and keep contributing. |
Hello, H.N.K.. Good job on your recent uploads, but when uploading files, keep in mind that you must correctly categorize the file. It's simple to learn how to do so. Just search for the correct category by starting with the following groups:
When uploading, copy the full title of the category and insert it in square brackets into the summary text box below the {{aboutfile}} template, replacing the {{uncategorized}} template entirely. If you're using the upload function from the text editor, simply add the category link to the description. For example, files related to the game Super Mario World would use: [[Category:Super Mario World images]]or [[Category:Super Mario World media files]] Please consider the above information before uploading more files. Keep in mind that some files can belong to multiple categories. Do not put images into the media files category, or vice versa. If you continue uploading files without categorizing them correctly, then a warning will be issued. Thank you for reading, and keep contributing. |
Thanks for your uploads. Just remember to fill in {{aboutfile}} and remove any parameters you don't need if you're using it, and replace {{uncategorized}} with the appropriate category (Category:Mario Kart 64 Images in this case). Mario JC 22:05, 29 April 2018 (EDT)
- Categories are placed with square brackets "[[]]", which means you have to replace the uncategorized template. 16:46, 11 August 2018 (EDT)
Just wanted to remind you to add categories, as your recent Super Mario Galaxy Images did not have the game category. Thanks! --TheFlameChomp (talk) 18:25, 6 December 2018 (EST)
Just to let you know, adding {{game-logo}} to the summary is not sufficient categorisation of the file. (The license you selected in the "Licensing" drop-down menu already takes care of that, so it's redundant anyway.) You need to add the media-specific category link as explained above, like Category:Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020 Images. Please remember this for future uploads, otherwise you may receive a warning. Mario JC 01:36, June 12, 2019 (EDT)
Nvidia shield
Well done with donkey kong country returns for the Nvidia shield. But the source for Mario kart Wii has not been added to the Mario kart Wii page. We need to make sure this tidbit of information is legit. Lord Falafel (talk) 09:46, July 7, 2019 (EDT) The info is legit, but the game hasn't been released yet - it was shown off in a demo a while back. Jhynjhiruu (talk) 10:04, July 7, 2019 (EDT)
References
After adding a reference, the following needs to be added at the bottom of the page (before the navigation templates and categories):

Please also remember to italicise game titles and write them in full. Mario JC 23:33, September 2, 2019 (EDT)
