Who needs socializing when you have video games? I mean, right? Right.......? Right?!

Please stop uploading poor images, poorly naming those uploads, and forgetting to license/categorize the uploads on the Super Mario Wiki. This isn't a warning, and it's possible that you made a mistake by accident or without realizing it; this is simply a reminder for your information. If the action continues, then a warning will be issued. Thanks for reading and keep contributing.
If you feel this reminder was undeserved, you may appeal it.

I have several issues with your recent contributions:

Wildgoosespeeder, I'm sorry about those issues. I'm still pretty new to this. The "Mario Floats in a Building Cause Why Not.png" image is what I named it on my computer for the heck of it, but I merely forgot to change it on the wiki. Now I tried to change the file name, but I couldn't figure out how to do it. I (probably foolishly) ended up going to the wiki where the image was located and changing the name there, but then your image had disappeared. I went back to change it back to the original name, and then the image was still missing. Is there any way to change the file name, and is there a way to retrieve your image? Sorry about all of this. Mr. L 9000 (talk)

Don't worry about it. That's why I gave you a {{reminder}} instead of a {{warning}} or {{lastwarn}}, as those are for persistent inappropriate behavior.
  • For moving files, you need to go to the file page itself and click the tab that says move. There you can specify the new name of the file. This does create a redirect and you will need to edit the page(s) that reference the file. Just scroll down to file usage. It will tell you where the image is being referenced, including redirects. Click the redirect and overwrite the text with {{delete}}.
  • As for the missing image, it is possible someone tampered with the file link. All you have to do is click the history tab. From there, clicking on timestamps will display that revision of the page at that moment in time.
I often create the file links before the image has been uploaded. This creates a red link. This is desirable because when clicked, it fills in the file name for you and will only use that for as long as you don't change the file name. All you have to do is select your file to upload and click upload from there. --Wildgoosespeeder (talk) (Stats - Contribs) 22:03, 30 July 2016 (EDT)
All right. I believe that I've fixed the issues by now. The image is also back now, for whatever reason. A video I made is now being referenced in "Camera Glitch #2," which I think is of good enough quality, though it is not the best. Would that be all? Mr. L 9000 (talk)
File name is much more acceptable. The video is fine. I already tagged your other uploads to be deleted (File:Camera Glitch 1.jpg and File:Camera Glitch 2.png). I brought back the image. You are good for now. Good work. --Wildgoosespeeder (talk) (Stats - Contribs) 01:04, 31 July 2016 (EDT)
