Toad/Daisy
I expect they will be in, but there is no proof yet, and I have seen their names on the list being removed and put back. Where is the proof they will be here?
- There is no proof. I think users are basing this on assumptions and patterns, rather than official word, so just assume they're not confirmed. Yet. It's me, Mario! (Talk / Stalk) 15:42, 11 June 2014 (EDT)
- It is very likely that Toad will be in it though, as Yellow Toad seems to take his place as the host again, and red is the only non confirmed toad color.

Toad will obviously make it no doubt. And Daisy also has a good chance. But Toad will most likely be confirmed. What about Rosalina? She's been in a lot of Mario games lately. Maybe she'll be confirmed? (Super65)
Titles for minigames
Shouldn't we cal Fruit Scoot Scurry/Beeline Shrine/ Cheep Cheep Leap four player minigames, or since its the sequel to Mario Party 9 then Free-For-All Minigames?
The preceding unsigned comment was added by Toadbrigade5 (talk).
- We can add that info when we're given the names. MarioComix (talk) 05:10, 13 June 2014 (EDT)
Bowser Jr. Space
One of the pictures on the E3 website discreetly show a Bowser Jr. Space. Does this possibly reveal the return of a Bowser Jr. event or minigame as well as his own appearance? User:FireFlower
- The image which contains the Bowser Jr. Space can also be seen in the picture with Mario, Luigi, Peach, and Wario riding the bullet bills. I believe it is the 8th or 9th picture on the article.
- Also, on the map you can see Bowser Jr. in front of the tower. I think this should be noted Toadbrigade5 (talk) 16:38, 13 June 2014 (EDT)
Would it be alright if I added a space section to the article? Additionally, should we address Bowser Jr. under one of the character sections? User:FireFlower.
- I'm pretty sure he'd go under bosses, but let's wait on the space section until we get more spaces. Triple K, Skye 19:10, 13 June 2014 (EDT)
- Okay I'll put him under bosses or another category when more information is revealed. And aren't there plenty of known spaces from the pictures we've seen? User:FireFlower
- We don't quite know what they do yet. Except maybe the blue space, but that's all I can think of. Do you see any other familiar spaces? Triple K, Skye 19:17, 13 June 2014 (EDT)
- Okay I'll put him under bosses or another category when more information is revealed. And aren't there plenty of known spaces from the pictures we've seen? User:FireFlower
I saw many spaces from Mario Party 9: VS, Green, Forward ect. Whether their effects are the same or not I don't know however I would safely say that self explanatory spaces like the forward space will stay the same. User:FireFlower
Nabbit
Where is the proof that Nabbit will be in this game?
- Where did that even come from? Triple K, Skye 19:38, 13 June 2014 (EDT)
- I was just about to ask! Did anyone check his article? Toadbrigade5 (talk) 20:00, 13 June 2014 (EDT)
- Nope, nothing. I think it can be tacken out... Toadbrigade5 (talk) 20:02, 13 June 2014 (EDT)
- It was Mario7 who put it there. I just asked where he got the info. Triple K, Skye 20:08, 13 June 2014 (EDT)
- Okay, now that his function is confirmed, I see as likely, but I still want to see the source. (Also to find other info from it) Toadbrigade5 (talk) 00:35, 14 June 2014 (EDT)

I don't see Nabbit appearing in this game. We have absolutely no evidence on him what so ever. (Super65)
Cars again? (frowny face)
I've seen some of the screenshots, and it looks like the cars are back. 1) is there any proof otherwise, or does this need to be added to the article, and 2) (on a more forum-based note) NO WHY NINTENDO WHYYYY Peanutjon (talk) 20:33, 13 June 2014 (EDT)
- I think what you're reffering to is the amusment park rides, they may just be for this board. And CALM DOWN! IT'S GONNA BE OK! Triple K, Skye 21:01, 13 June 2014 (EDT)
That doesn't mean there's proof of the cars returning. At least in Mario Party Island Tour, when you drove in vehicles, you drove separate. How ever in MP9, you all drive together, and if someone turns down a path with bad stuff in that path, and your up next, then it will be real hard catching up. But anyways, back on topic, we don't have complete proof of the cars returning. (Super65)
Bowser Party
The new game mode at Mario Party series has a single-mode or it's only multiplayer? --201.81.220.38 19:51, 14 June 2014 (EDT)
- We don't know yet. Could be anything. We're just going to have to be patient. - 19:57, 14 June 2014 (EDT)

- Don't. Wait until the game is released and all facts about it are known. Yoshi876 (talk)

Cars (again) again? (maybe not?)
I'm watching the treehouse and they keep saying "In Bowser Party everyone's on a team", which implies that cars are only in Bowser Party... proof otherwise? Peanutjon (talk) 23:33, 14 June 2014 (EDT)
- We don't know for sure yet Ray Trace(T|C) 23:40, 14 June 2014 (EDT)
- Well the article implies it's official. I'm rewording it now. Peanutjon (talk) 23:45, 14 June 2014 (EDT)
- There is a shot in just four player without bowser where they are in the car. So they are there. Period. Plus, I doubt they would make seperate boards for a different mode. And I actually am happy about the cars.
The preceding unsigned comment was added by Toadbrigade5 (talk).- I don't see that. Can you give a reference? Peanutjon (talk) 15:16, 16 June 2014 (EDT)
- The begining of the trailer. In the treehouse bowser party, their were no mini stars wilst in Mario party, they are there, plus you can see it in the trailer. Cars return. Final.
- I still don't see that. (Plus your grammar is horrid so I'm not entirely sure what you said). Please show me, I'm stupid. Peanutjon (talk) 11:44, 17 June 2014 (EDT)
- MINISTARS are NOT in BOWSER PARTY. They ARE in MARIO PARTY. Therefore, cars must be in Mario Party to accomodate the ministars. Second, just cuz there in a car doesn't mean there on a team. Have you played mario party 9?

Cars don't have to be in Mario Party to claim Mini-stars. Look in Mario Party: Island Tour. There were no vehicles at all when you did the board with Mini-stars on it. There for, you don't have to have cars in Mario Party to collect Mini-stars. - SuperWarioBoy321
Shy Guy?
In the key artwork, in the background, Shy Guy can be seen riding the Wiggler coaster. He uses his MP9 artwork. So... is he in? Peanutjon (talk) 17:58, 16 June 2014 (EDT)
- We don't know if he's playable or a non-playable host or something. It's better if we wait until more information is released. It's me, Mario! (Talk / Stalk) 18:06, 16 June 2014 (EDT)
We've seen tons of Mario characters that have been seen in the background of pictures of other games, and yet they haven't been confirmed. So there's no complete proof of Shy Guy returning. (Super65)
9th minigame?
In the trailer there is a Bowser Party minigame where there are two platforms with Bowser ground pounding... another minigame? TSUNAMI
- Yes, but we can't talk about it since we don't know the name.
The preceding unsigned comment was added by Toadbrigade5 (talk).- Errrm since when? Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker has plenty of stages without names, just their description. This article itself has a nameless board. If someone has more info on it, add it as an unnamed minigame. Peanutjon (talk) 17:16, 17 June 2014 (EDT)

Goombas
How are they supporting? As far as I know they are spectators.
The preceding unsigned comment was added by Toadbrigade5 (talk).
- They'd still fall into the same category of "NPC". If someone wants to change that, go ahead. MarioComix (talk) 17:09, 18 June 2014 (EDT)
How is yoshi playable and supporting?
Top line says allToadbrigade5 (talk) 12:48, 20 June 2014 (EDT)
- What I think is, other yoshis are supporters and the actual Yoshi is playable. Triple K, Skye 13:21, 20 June 2014 (EDT)
The thing is, although artwork shows Yoshi with the main cast, he has not been explicitly confirmed by Nintendo to be playable in the game, hence removing him from playable and sticking him to non-playable for now. However, someone (technically speculating) decided to stick him back into the playable section. Also, the reference to Mario Party Legacy does not cut it as a proper reference, because they're just a coverage site and are too speculating (i.e. they don't have any special access to behind-the-scenes info or whatever). MarioComix (talk) 15:48, 20 June 2014 (EDT)
- ugh not this straw grasping again Ray Trace(T|C) 21:02, 22 June 2014 (EDT)
- He. Is. Playable. Can we just use simple inference and just live with it? It's me, Mario! (Talk / Stalk) 21:16, 22 June 2014 (EDT)
- Proper etiquette dictates we shouldn't, unfortunately. MarioComix (talk) 22:33, 22 June 2014 (EDT)
- Basic logic triumphs over "proper etiquette". If Yoshi did not appear in the group art, he would be not even listed. But he does, and prominently, with three other characters, with a total of four, the maximum amount of nonBowser players in a Mario Party game. Yoshi is a 100% established, extremely prominent Mario character with perfect attendance in Mario Party (similar to Luigi and Peach). Judging by how the artwork is presented and previous patterns, it is safe to assume Yoshi is playable. Now, can we go back to adding Yoshi as playable? It's me, Mario! (Talk / Stalk) 22:42, 22 June 2014 (EDT)
- Personally I would want to list him as playable too, so you can go ahead; it's just I'm not sure about the higher-ups. MarioComix (talk) 23:34, 22 June 2014 (EDT)

Why can't Toads just stay supporting? Just because they put in different colored Toads supporting in previous games doesn't mean they have to have colored Yoshis supporting as well. - SuperWarioBoy321
Characters
Can't we make one heading for all the characters that aren't playable insted of splitting thme up in 3 difirrent categories?Billy-Luigi Time! 04:19, 25 June 2014 (EDT)
Yeah. All the characters are scattered in different sections now that I think about it. Do you think Bowser Jr will come back again? It was nice have him in Mario Party: Island Tour. It would be great to have him returning. - SuperWarioBoy321
Two Important things
I agree about the merge of Characters, but when the host and more bosses are confirmed, I think they should have there own list. Second, can I have a reference for the Blooper and Bob-omb?

Not enough images.
It looks rather boring, and images should be added. I know when the game is released we will have character and board and maybe even item artwork and that will fill it up, but in the meantime, can we put in some images of the boards?
The preceding unsigned comment was added by Toadbrigade5 (talk).
- We just need the images in the first place. :P It's me, Mario! (Talk / Stalk) 02:40, 28 June 2014 (EDT)
- And I don't think we'll be able to get those images until the game comes out. If you look at other Mario Party games, most of the images on the main article end up coming from in-game anyway. MarioComix (talk) 03:00, 28 June 2014 (EDT)
Something about bowser party spaces.
There are spaces for bowser party' and there is a health+ space. Maybe there will be a health- space? User:Joseph
- who knows for sure? Ray Trace(T|C) 21:24, 14 July 2014 (EDT)
- I do. It was in the treehouse.Toadbrigade5 (talk) 23:14, 14 July 2014 (EDT)
Or maybe a space where bowser gets 2 turns' and one is the opposite' where the players get 2 turns. And a space where you play a bowser minigames' bowser party minigame' whatever. User:Joseph (talk)
If they put a health- space, I'll be like: "WHAT IN THE NAME OF MUSHROOMS, MY HEALTH (rage face)", yeah, I hate losing my health. -- Brandon-Jay (Go weegee!)
I can't log in on this computer, I am at summer camp, but I need to make this quick. I say a space with a broken heart in the tree house and Bowser's wrist band around it. I don't know what it is but I think its a health minus space. Maybe we should mention that. Toadbrigade5
Ok, and also Baby Luigi. -- Brandon-Jay (Go weegee!)
- @Brandon-Jay: The article talk-pages are not meant for forum-like comments.
:But yes, based on the similarities between the space you mention and the +Health Space, that is most likely a -Health space. BabyLuigi64
- Oh, I forgot about that . Sorry about that. -- Brandon-Jay (Go weegee!) Plus, my left arm hurts.
