Blinky
Template:Character-infobox Blinky (Japanese: アカベイ Akabei) is a red ghost from the Pac-Man series who has only appeared in two Mario games to date – Mario Kart Arcade GP and Mario Kart Arcade GP 2, where he appears as a playable character and has a strong acceleration. He is the archenemy of Pac-Man and his wife and the leader of the other ghosts Inky, Pinky, and Clyde. He debuted in the same game as Pac-Man, titled Pac-Man. Blinky's special items are Ghost Shield, Monster's Hammer, Petit Monster, Flare Ball, and Ghost Morph.
Blinky appears as an Assist Trophy along with Inky, Pinky and Clyde in Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS / Wii U, and also as a standalone collectible trophy. Blinky, Inky, Pinky and Clyde also make cameos in the Pac-Maze stage of Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS.
