Jigglypuff
Jigglypuff is a character from the ''Pokémon'' series. It is a round, pink, ball-like Pokémon that can float through the air for a short time. There is a species of Jigglypuff, and a character Jigglypuff (similar to Yoshi and Toad, with the character, Jigglypuff, appearing in the Super Smash Bros. Series. This Jigglypuff is Female, and should not be confused with the Jigglypuff that appears in the Pokémon Anime. In the Anime, Jigglypuff was one of the only character Pokémon not owned by a trainer. Jigglypuff wanders around the regions and has appeared in several episodes. Jigglypuff is really a bother to the other characters as she puts them to sleep every time she sings.
Super Smash Bros. Series
Mario first encounters Jigglypuff in Super Smash Bros.. Jigglypuff was the first of the four Unlockables,, unlocked by beating 1-P Mode once, and then beating her. Although she doesn't have many powerful attacks, her ability to float, and jump 5 times, is one of the best tactics in the game. She shares this tactis with Kirby. She needs this ability, as she is a very light character. Jigglypuff has one very powerful, very risky attack called Rest, which will almost always KO anyone, if there close enough, and cause Jigglypuff to fall asleep. But, if not done correctly, she may just fall asleep, and that's it.
Jigglypuff returned in Super Smash Bros. Melee, retaining the same position she had in the previous game. She was still unlockable, and was unlocked the exact same way. Like other re-introduced characters, Jigglypuff's normal B move, Pound, was moved to Side B, and Rollout took its place. Jigglypuff now has another potentially dangerous move, Rollout. Once used, the player could charge up the attack and, once charged up enough, will send Jigglypuff rolling across the ground at top speed, devastating anyone who is unlucky enough to be in the way.
The Super Smash Bros. Series dawned a new popularity for Jigglypuff, and she has become a one of the most popular Pokémon. Despite this, it is still curently unknown if she will return in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. In both games, Jigglypuff was voiced by Rachael Lillis in the English Dub, and Mika Kanai in the original Japanese. This marks her as one of the only five who have an English Voice Actor, the others being Mario, Dr. Mario, Luigi and Peach. Additionally, if Kirby uses Rollout, he will always say "Purin", which is Jigglypuff's Japanese name.

Trophy Information from Super Smash Bros. Melee
Classic
This balloon Pokémon invites its opponents in close with its big, round eyes and then puts them to sleep with a soothing lullaby. It puffs itself up when angry, and while it may look adorable, it's not to be trifled with; it knows several powerful techniques. Jigglypuff evolves into Wigglytuff after exposure to a Moon Stone.
Adventure
Jigglypuff's normal attacks are weak, and because of its light weight it's easily sent flying. However, with its incredible midair agility, it seems to dance when airborne. Rollout is a powerful speed attack, but be careful not to fly off the edge. Pound does serious damage, and it can also help as a recovery move.
All-Star
Jigglypuff can put its enemies to sleep if they are in range of its Sing attack, although the attack does not work on airborne foes. Rest puts Jigglypuff into a deep sleep, but at the instant it drops off, an intense energy force radiates out of the exact center of its body. If this force comes in contact with an enemy, look out! Rest is Jigglypuff's wild card.
