[[Bowser]] can withdraw into his shell to avoid being hit by the cannon balls, and he can also hit them to send them back to the Jailgoon. He has to punch the Jailgoon repeatedly to avoid being hit by its shield. After a Jailgoon is defeated, the minion will come out of the cage and reward Bowser with a [[Mushroom]] that heals 30 HP, while the Mario Bros. receive nothing from them, and promptly flee.
