Bumm-Badabumm im Urwald (English translation: Boom-badaboom in the jungle) was a Donkey Kong comic published by Nintendo Fun Vision, a German, Nintendo based magazine. Despite the comic being advertised as an adaptation of Donkey Kong 64 it was, more or less a rather loose adaptation of Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest and Donkey Kong Land 2.
Differences from the Video Game
Rambi showed the ability to speak in the comic, whereas in the games Rambi has only shown the ability to make grunting noises.
King K. Rool, dressed as Kaptain K. Rool, is not referred to as such, instead going by his original name. The ability of several Kremlings were also different, in one scene a Kruncha is seen with a hook for a hand, whereas the hook-handed Krooks often times wielded swords in the comic instead of their signature hooks. The Lost World is known as the "Lost Land".
