It doesn't belong on userpages. Also, please stop making so many consecutive user space edits. Use the Preview button! Please adhere to the rules or you will be blocked from editing this site. If you feel this warning was undeserved, you may appeal it. When I told you to remove that template on your talk page AND in chat I was talking about taking it off immediately! It didn't happen.
