The Hoohooligans are an elliptical people that inhabit Hoohoo Village. They have facial features reminiscent of a bowling ball (i.e. they have three holes in their heads, two for eyes and one for a mouth). Their body structure is also very comparable to the cactus, but they are most likely designed after upright beans. Their civilization is apparently very old; the ancient Hoohooligans wrote jokes in an ancient language called Hooroglyphy and constructed the Hoohooros.
Trivia
- The Hoohooligans' name is a portmanteau of "Hoohoo" (the style of laughing Hoohoo Mountain was named for) and "hooligan" (meaning "a rowdy person").
- The Hoohooligans closely resemble Haniwa, simple ancient Japanese sculptures, as well as the Gyroids from the Animal Crossing series and the Cactuar monsters from Final Fantasy
