Hammer Mario is a form of Mario or Luigi in Super Mario Bros. 3 when he obtains a Hammer Suit. When they have this form, they will look like Hammer Bros. and be able to throw Hammers. They also will be able to resist fire attacks when ducking and can defeat most enemies, even Bowser. They have infinitive supplies of Hammers, just like Hammer Bros. and Lakitus. While the suit appears to have Mario or Luigi thoroughly protected, it doesn't defend against the simplest of attacks and will be lost in one hit with one exception; if the wearer crouches while wearing the suit, he will be impervious to fire attacks.
