Oops, my mistake, you are right, its Bowser, not Baby Bowser in Topsy-Turvy. As for Touch and Go... well the only proof I have at the time is a somewhat badly written paragraph at the Baby Bowser section of Bowser's page on Wikipedia:
-- Sir Grodus
- I remember Baby Bowser in Touch and Go... He's an icon on the high scores table, but doesn't appear in any other form. I suppose he could be a sort of assumed antagonist, as Touch and Go seems to follow Super Mario World 2's story... --YellowYoshi398 17:35, 30 January 2007 (EST)
If that article is correct, then Baby Bowser makes a very tiny cameo in the game. I guess that's why I never knew he was in the game. So, he was in that game, but he only appeared on screen. He was not a boss, merely a cameo. -- Son of Suns
well, Since there is the Baby Mario Bros. it would only make sense that there would be Baby Bowser, right?
What's that supposed to mean Max? File:Mayor.gifPaper Jorge
Baby Bowser DOES appear when you get over 3000 yards in challenge mode. Trust me, I've played it.
This is spam right?

Yeah it is. Grapes
