History

Donkey Kong Jungle Beat / New Play Control! Donkey Kong Jungle Beat

In Donkey Kong Jungle Beat and New Play Control! Donkey Kong Jungle Beat, one of the worlds is known as the Lychee Kingdom, and it consists of two levels, with the first level being Helibird Dash in the original iteration for the Nintendo GameCube and Deep Sea Sprint the New Play Control! iteration for the Wii and the second one being Lava Cavern in both iterations. All the kingdom's levels have an oversized lychee that Donkey Kong must eat at the end.

Mario Party DS

Lychees in Mario Party DS appear in the minigame Hexoskeleton, where, after being hit once, Dry Bones starts ground-pounding the arena, creating a force that may drop a lychee. The player can kick one to stun Dry Bones, preventing him from ground-pounding the arena for a while before he starts to do that. If the player wins the minigame once, the player will earn the Boss Trophies collectable, which depicts a lychee.
