- “My DS time radar puts Peach somewhere in the Mushroom Kingdom of yesteryear.”
- —Professor E. Gadd, Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time
The DS time radar is a machine invented by Professor E. Gadd that appears in Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time. It looks exactly like a Nintendo DS (hence its name), and it also appears to include a stylus. The DS time radar is first used after Junior Shrooboid is defeated, where E. Gadd uses it to find out in what time period and where Princess Peach is. It reveals she is stuck in the past of the Mushroom Kingdom. The DS time radar is also used to activate the Hydrogush 4000 later in the game.
