There are two disadvantages: it's just as vague as "rare course" and "Special Course" is the name for the courses accessed with the color coin pipes. The conjectural name
Why does this have a conjectural name when "Original Course" is over there? Well, because if this article is Original Course then all four of the Toad Rally courses are also "Original Course". It's less of a title and more of an indicator of the course's origin. Also having five articles running around all "named" "Original Course" is semi-unpleasant in my opinion.
