:NES sprites have no "internal" coloring, different TVs and emulators may display them differently. That being said, ones ripped with the MESEN/NEStopia emulators have colors more accurate to how an NTSC TV of the era would display them, as well as accurate to how the NES Classic and NES Online shows them, so it's generally considered to be the "best" colors. I can't tell which either of these rips are, unfortunately.
