"Up, Down, Left, Right" is a playable song in Dance Dance Revolution: Mario Mix. It is an arrangement of "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star."

"Up, Down, Left, Right" is one of five songs that does not appear in Story Mode or Story Mode EX. Of these, it is the only one not to have its name shown in blue on the Free Mode menu. It is also the only song available in Free Mode prior to the player making any Story Mode progress.

The background of the song displays Mario and/or Luigi standing on a star-shaped platform flying around in outer space. The top of the platform is pockmarked by Moon-like craters. Goombas and Koopa Troopas on similar platforms are also flying around. In the distance, Saturn and Jupiter can be seen.

Like other Free Mode-exclusive songs, "Up, Down, Left, Right" is unable to be played in Mush Mode.
