Merge with Finish Line

I've been looking at consolidating our information relating to Mario Kart starting/finish lines. To be honest, my main target was initially the information on every article about which side Lakitu shows up on, but this is too separate of a matter to be bundled into that proposal.

In any case, I'd make the argument that a starting grid is always part of a Mario Kart finish line; and the same is almost true in reverse, as only a select few finish lines lack starting grids. You can see this in how almost all of this article's gallery section is also on the finish line page - and the gallery is somewhere around half of this article's content. Based on all this, I don't believe it makes sense for them to be separate articles.
