Lakitufos are a type of Lakitus which are found in the Vim Factory in Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time, seemingly being an ally to the invading Shroob army. A Lakitufo resembles a Lakitu, but wearing a red shell and having yellow antennae coming out of its head. Additionally, instead of riding a cloud, they hang onto the side of a UFO. Using this flying saucer, Lakitufos beam down Spiny Shroopas, the Shroob versions of Spinies.

In battle, Lakitufos can launch Spiny Shroopa Eggs to attack and beam down more Spiny Shroopas. A Lakitufo can also jump off of its UFO and perform an aerial spin attack, which is dodged by jumping.
