Roof is the name of a room cleared in Area 4 in Luigi's Mansion. The player can reach the mansion's roof through an elevator in the Clockwork Room. The key to the Armory and the entrance to the Sealed Room can be found here. There is a bonfire in the center that spawns Fire Elemental Ghosts that are used to defeat the Flashes. Luigi is also transported here for the final battle against King Boo in the Bowser suit, though here it is not labeled on the map, as the edges are engulfed in flames.
In the 3DS version of the game, the pillars are more intricately designed and have plants atop them.

Trivia
- The Roof is the largest room in the entire mansion, being significantly larger than the 3F Balcony, the second-largest room.
- Alongside the Graveyard, the roof is one of the only rooms in the mansion where the player can touch a Fire Elemental Ghost at full size.
- Running into the bonfire will not torch Luigi while a Fire Elemental Ghost still will.
