Airship Flight is a course which appears in the Story Mode of Super Mario Maker 2. It is given to Mario by Yamamura after the West Hall Cannon is fired for the first time. The course has a difficulty rating of 3/4 stars.

Layout

The level begins with a Cape Feather and a Warp Pipe. Afterwards, Mario must descend down a chasm while avoiding some Grinders, then bounce on some Bumpers to continue descending downwards. The chasm then takes two turns, then features some vines that Mario must use to avoid touching the ground, followed by some Grinders on tracks. More vines follow, along with some Twisters to transport Mario back to the top of the level. Mario must then continue descending while bouncing on some Wigglers, then fall through another chasm below a Big Wiggler to bounce on some Koopa Paratroopas. Afterwards, Mario must enter a Fire Koopa Clown Car to traverse some Spike Traps, then pass a Blooper and Blooper Nanny to another Warp Pipe. Mario must then ride a Lakitu's Cloud to the Giant Gate.

Description

  • "Coo. Coo coo. Coo. (I'm interested to see what you can do with a cape. Hold B Button to descend slowly, and try to get through this course without touching the ground after your first jump. You're free to grab Vines and jump on enemies as long as you don't touch the ground.)"
