The Star Ball is a rolling ball with a Star in it, that is using in Super Mario Galaxy. It is used in Rolling Green Galaxy, Rolling Gizmo Galaxy and at the last part of the second level in Melty Molten Galaxy. Mario must ride the ball to a yellow flag with a koopa shell on. Mario must ride the ball into the hole just before the flag where the ball will explode, and the Star inside will be released. The star inside will fly to the top of the flag, where Mario must collect it.
