First appearance | Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon (2013) |
Latest appearance | Luigi's Mansion Arcade (2015) |
Variant of | Hider |
A Strong Hider is a stronger version of a Hider that has been powered up by a special crystal. Strong Hiders have 75 HP and, just like normal Hiders, they hide in furniture. However, unlike normal Hiders, they have cracked-like marks on their bodies and seem to be faster.
History
Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon
In Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon, Strong Hiders only appear in the Treacherous Mansion. In the ScareScraper, Strong Hiders will only appear if the game is set to Expert difficulty or Endless mode. They will also assist the Creeper Launcher and its variations, in place of normal Hiders.
Luigi's Mansion Arcade
In Luigi's Mansion Arcade, Strong Hiders first appear in the Old Clockworks, but are more common in the Treacherous Mansion. They also have 25 HP.
Ghost Container description
Now that these ghosts have been augmented by the crystals, capturing them is even trickier. It's best to wait until they show themselves to stun them.
