Blocks are solid objects from Wario Blast: Featuring Bomberman! that are a fixture of the gameplay grid whose appearance changes depending on the round's theme. There are two common types of blocks. Indestructible blocks are simple obstructions, and also appear in boss stages. Other blocks[1] can be destroyed with a bomb, which is required to progress. Blocks that get blown up also stop the explosion wave, making it safe for the player to hide behind them. Some destroyed blocks cause Normal Items to appear.
In Round 6, destroyed blocks, referred to as Regenerating Walls, regenerate after a short period of time.
