If Wario reaches the button before the dominoes, it will cause nearby domino blocks to break and a flag with a "W" is displayed. He will also be rewarded with a [[Coin (Wario Land 4)|Silver Coin]]. On the other hand, if the dominoes reach the button first the flag will have a "D", and no blocks will be destroyed in that room. As the level progresses, the trail of dominoes gets longer and use of platforming increases, making it more difficult for Wario to reach the button first.

A button[1] is an object in Wario Land 4, appearing only in the level Domino Row. Depending on how blocks are used, they may break domino blocks to allow the player to access alternate areas and items. With the exception of the first button, they are found at the end of rows of dominoes that begin to fall once Wario touches the first domino in a room. Wario must race the dominoes to the button, often having to navigate platforms or bodies of water to do so.

If Wario reaches the button before the dominoes, it will cause nearby domino blocks to break and a flag with a "W" will be displayed. He will also be rewarded with a Silver Coin. On the other hand, if the dominoes reach the button first, the flag will have a "D," and no blocks will be destroyed in that room. As the level progresses, the trail of dominoes gets longer and use of platforming increases, making it more difficult for Wario to reach the button first.
