A Cellular Shopper
A Cellular Shopper is one of the items found in Mario Party 3. It can only be bought at Toad's shop for five coins, and it is Princess Daisy's favorite item. When this item is used, a player can call Toad or Baby Bowser from anywhere on the board to buy an item. It works in a similar way as an Item Shop, but with fewer options.
