Dialga is an ancient Pokémon featured in Pokémon Diamond. Dialga is also seen in Super Smash Bros. Brawl, in the unlockable stage Spear Pillar, along with Palkia. Dialga will appear on the background platform when the stages coloring turns to blue, while it turns to pink when Palkia is about to appear. While Dialga is on the stage, it can fire a huge laser straight down the stage, tilt the stage to a diagonal position (although this is simply an illusion), or slow players down drastically. All these abilities are associated with Dialga's control over Time.
