History
Super Mario Land
A Tokotoko's attack pattern involves sprinting quickly towards Mario, damaging him upon contact. They can be defeated with any attack, earning Mario 400 points. Tokotoko are under the assumed leadership of Hiyoihoi, an evolved Tokotoko.
WarioWare Gold
In WarioWare Gold, a Tokotoko appears in the third level of the microgame Super Mario Land as the enemy that has to be defeated with a superball.
