Princess Rosalina (known as Rosetta in Japan) is a princess who will be appearing in Super Mario Galaxy. She first appears in the Gateway Galaxy. She wears a blue dress and looks oddly similar to Princess Peach. She teaches Mario how to do a Star Spin and tells him to find Peach. She is also shown to give Mario a Luma named Tyke. In a screenshot, she is shown floating in the air with her eyes closed with a bright light in the background while Mario is looking at her.
Princess Rosalina also has a castle. Her duty is watch over and protect the cosmos.
Princess Rosalina has many powers. For example, she is able to use her powers to surround the Comet Observatory in a force field, and transforming it into a sort of rocket as a form of transportation.
