There are other forms that have different means of obtaining across games such as Balloon Mario or Tanooki Mario, but they're still considered the same form. Well there's the fact that in Wario Land II, it's caused by Wario being cursed, which is much unlike Small Mario. Doc von Schmeltwick (talk) 22:48, 30 July 2018 (EDT)
That's because Wario Land II has a different play style from the Super Mario Bros. series, so the method for getting it is different.
