Moe Eyes are harmless but NPCs treat them as enemies while Mario captures them, plus one is seen in Bowser's Underground Cavern so they must be part of the Koopa Troop or something. |

Enemies?
Are these actually enemies? I haven't seen them attack Mario, and they even run away from him.
