This article is about a subject in an upcoming or recently released game. When the game is released, or more information about this subject is found, this article may need major rewriting.
This notice should be removed after a month has passed since the game was first released.
It has been requested that at least one image be uploaded for this article. Remove this notice only after the image(s) have been added.
- This article is about the move from Mario Tennis Aces. For Duck Hunt's neutral special move in the Super Smash Bros. series, see Trick Shot (Duck Hunt).
The Trick Shot is a new confirmed element in Mario Tennis Aces when playing a game. They increase the player's energy significantly, but are a risky maneuver. If the player struggles, they may waste their energy, or lose a point. Each character has their forward/backward Trick Shot and their side Trick Shot.
Controls
There are two ways the player can perform the Trick Shot:
- Hitting the ball whilst using .
- Pressing the / twice whilst moving in the direction the player wants to go.
