Royal Rumpus is a basic Duel mini-game in Mario Party 7, the goal of the game is to make the player's character ground pound on as many Goombas as they can under the time limit. If the player doesn't press the A button twice, then they will get no points when stomping on the Goomba. Sometimes a Gold Goomba appears that run faster then most Goombas, and its worth three points. In the end, the player with most points wins.
