Watt's Mother is Watt's implied mother that was briefly mentioned during the events of Paper Mario. Watt speaks of her occasionally and even receives a letter from her in Toad Town's Post Office. Like Watt, she is most likely a Lil' Sparky. Albeit being an implied character, not much is known about her. Though Watt's Mother is mentioned several times, no mention of a father is ever made.
