Fire Bar Sprint, or Superstar Road-6, is a course in New Super Luigi U. It is unlocked by collecting every Star Coin in Rock Candy Mines. As the name implies, the course is based around Fire Bars. It is one of New Super Luigi U's trickiest and most challenging levels. However, the level will be pretty simple if the player is Nabbit.
Layout
The player starts in a rocky area. Luigi comes across a giant ? Block and several giant Fire Bars. More Fire Bars appear, along with two sets of Brick Blocks that Luigi must run over. The second Star Coin is located at the end of the first set of blocks. Many more Fire Bars then appear. Beyond them, Luigi finds the Goal Pole.
Star Coins
- Star Coin 1: After some Fire Bars. It will be in the way of Luigi's jump.
- Star Coin 2: After the first set of Brick Blocks Luigi must run over, Luigi must jump to obtain this Star Coin.
- Star Coin 3: Near the Goal Pole, Luigi must Ground Pound on Brick Blocks to obtain the third Star Coin.
Luigi Sighting
- At the end (after the third Star Coin), Ground Pound on the Brick Blocks before the Goal Pole to reveal an 8-bit Luigi.
Enemies
Trivia
- Despite being based off a Rock-Candy Mines course, which normally plays the overworld theme, the volcano theme from New Super Mario Bros. Wii plays instead. This also happens with Fire Bar Cliffs in New Super Mario Bros. U.
