On Starfy Wiki, there is a "terminology" page where the headings are A to Z. I saw this template and I think it is really good for making articles like that tidier. Bottom Arrow?
I've noticed that via #top, that Template:TOCbottom has an up arrow that sends the user back to the top. Should there be a down arrow for this template?

Can I borrow this template?
