A proposal in 2008 has established that meaningless quotes should be removed since they have little substance. There isn't a really fine line sometimes of how meaningful the quotes are, but I think "Woooo!", "Whee", "Yay!", "Ha-ha!" don't qualify while "All right" only barely qualifies. It's me, Mario!
