Mad Spikes are enemies in the Nintendo DS game, Super Princess Peach. They appear in level 1-7 of Ladida Plains. Mad Spikes are a variation of Spikes which are permanently angry. Mad Spikes jump up to prevent any enemies from passing. In addition, Mad Spikes toss spiked iron balls. They are very similar to their normal Spike counterparts with the only difference being their jumping ability. Princess Peach can defeat Mad Spikes by using the Rage vibe or by attacking with Perry. The in-game sprite depicts Mad Spikes with angry eyes and steam coming out of them.
