Battle Trunks are found in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. When you take on Jolene's trouble, you find that over a dozen of these litter the storage room in Glitzville. Pick them up, then deliver them to Goomfrey (the Goomba outside of Professor Frankly's house in Rogueport) to complete the trouble.
