King Neptune, Lord of the Deep is a character in The Super Mario Bros. Super Show! episode "Mario of the Deep / Two Bums from Brooklyn". King Neptune is king of Mermushrooms.
During the episode King Koopa had captured King Neptune. Mario, Luigi, Princess Toadstool and Toad defeated King Koopa and King Neptune and his Mermushrooms were all free.
