::::Yeah, the story section does need a lot of trimming, but I have a few days to make my case. I'll be sure actions speak louder than words! I'll probably start off with a key items section within the item section and make the current item list the recovery item list. So many items, right? Maybe give a link to the badge and clothing page somewhere along there... {{User|Baby Mario Bloops}} |

Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story
Remove Featured Article Status
- GreenDisaster (talk) This article has the same problems as its prequel, Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time. The story section is padded beyond belief with fanciful sentences, unnecessary details, and is generally horrible grammar-wise, the trivia section is clogged, it doesn't follow the empty section policy, it has a well-deserved rewrite-expand template for its item section (added before this nomination and not by me), since it only covers consumable items... I think I've gone over everything that's problematic with this article.

- Yoshi876 (talk) Per all.
- LeftyGreenMario (talk) Per GreenDisaster. I also want to mention that the sprites in the enemies section are not in a consistent .png format, with some being .gifs. Plus, some of them are even animated. We should keep all sprites in a static .png format.

Keep Featured Article Status
- Baby Mario Bloops (talk) - This page has undergone SO much work to just get it featured, and I'm not going to stand and let all that sacrificed time to make this all reversed. Though your points are very clear, they are very minor and easily fixable. I mean, I don't know who even made some images gifs. The story just need a few touch-ups, and it really isn't that bad. This is actually one of the better Feature Articles, and even with the errors it still fits the Feature Article quota.
Removal of Support/Oppose Votes
- GreenDisaster (talk) BMB, I know how much work was put into this article. I saw with my own eyes how much attention went into it. However, that does not make up for all of the problems that I have listed. Featured Articles are, by the definition that has been written, supposed to represent the best that the Super Mario Wiki has to offer. You yourself have said that this article has errors. Are you telling me that glaring grammatical mistakes in the story section is minor? All the abundance of detail that's clogging up the section? The outright missing information in the items section? You can't just say, "Oh, it's not that bad, keep it as a featured article", because this article is incapable of doing what a featured article is supposed to do: showcase the articles that our editors have managed to perfect. Why should it keep that title if it can't live up to it? BMB, I have said it before, and I'll say it again: your personal bias does not have any place in the nomination or denomination of a featured article, and you have to be able to put that aside and look at it objectively.
- Marshal Dan Troop (talk) Per GD.
Comments
There are empty sections in the article as well, but that's just a minor, easily fixed problem. LeftyGreenMario (talk)
- Again, Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga also suffers from a bloated summary, lack of key information, and plus, it also features an incredibly sloppy-looking sidequest section. AND, a pretty short intro paragraph. But, that's another unfeature nomination. LeftyGreenMario (talk)
- I have one more nomination before I hit the limit. Might as well unfeature that one as well. GreenDisaster (talk)
OT: Why do we even have a limit in the first place? I remember when there was that proposal for it... but nobody's really spamming FA nominations nowadays. Besides, the Featured Article nomination process has considerably slowed down. LeftyGreenMario (talk)
- Just because nobodies spamming fa nominations now doesn't mean they wont in the future I'd rather have the rule in effect to stop it before it happens. Marshal Dan Troop (talk)
BMP: What? Easily fixable? The story "synopsis" needs a major cleanup. The item section does need serious expansion. Are there any key items in the game? What are they? Why aren't they covered. I know you can add a link to Clothing and Badge to cover this part in the bare minimum (it's still the bare minimum. I know how much work we had put to make this featured. A lot of work was done in Mario Power Tennis to get it featured at the time, and it's unfeatured merely because of bad images, which is still a serious reason. LeftyGreenMario (talk)
- Yeah, Baby Mario, I feel bad about unfeaturing this too, but sometimes, even hard work doesn't bring satisfactory results (this happens a lot in my school work to give a comparison). I can try rewriting the story a bit, but the problem is, I don't know much about the game. I'll freaking upload static sprites again though (I have no idea who did this, but I digress). The Empty Section Policy is easily fixable: just add like, a summary of crap onto the empty sections, and BOOM, fixed. BabyLuigiOnFire (talk)
- I'm not [trying to be] bias. All I know is that things like these happen because sometimes a lack of detail is put into place, and that highlighting them will help repair the fixes needed. Maybe the minor I'm talking about is a different minor from what guys are talking about. I mean, fixing a story? Done it three times for this page. Images? Spent LOTS of time doing a lot of research to get the images I needed. Give me a few days, and I'll take care of your issues myself. It'll give me a perfect excuse to get some editing time back on here and off the forums. Baby Mario Bloops (talk)
