Introduction
The camera is zoomed in on a window outside the tower. The view will then enter the tower; King Boo will appear next, laugh, and the items will then fall from above, followed by the cursors appearing.
Gameplay
The game involves the four players trying to line up three or more of the same items to deal damage to King Boo. There are five items: Green Shells, Red Shells, Ice Flowers, Fire Flowers, and Thunderbolts. The former four will earn the player three points, while the lightning gives ten, along with reducing the other players points by three. After losing half his health, King Boo will send a Boo down to the playing field, in order to temporarily stun any player's cursor that makes contact with it; players must shake the Wii Remote to free themselves.
Ending
King Boo will spin away and disappear, disappointed, and several Mini Stars will then appear.
