New Pork City is the name of an EarthBound stage featured in the game, Super Smash Bros. Brawl. The stage is from Lucas' game, Mother 3, and is one of the largest stages in Super Smash Bros. Brawl, and contains several hazards. The stage can be compared with the Temple from Super Smash Bros. Melee, by the fact that its size and blockades allow players to run and hide from their opponents with ease.
A creature called the Ultimate Chimera, an enemy from Mother 3, will appear occasionally on the stage, acting as a dangerous gimmick in the stage. It randomly appears on the stage, and when a player touches the Chimera, it bites the victim, resulting in an instant KO, no matter how healthy the player is. If the Chimera is on a breakable platform, the platform can be destroyed, causing the Chimera to fall and respawn in a different area of the stage.

Trivia
- Its name is a pun on New York City and Pork.
- The stage selection screen lists New Pork City as an area from EarthBound, though it actually appeared in Mother 3.
- The Ultimate Chimera can not be killed, as in Mother 3, but if the wooden platform is broken, the Ultimate Chimera would fall and supposedly "die".
- One way to survive the Ultimate Chimera is to get hit in the middle of two platforms, thus knocking the character back and forth between the two platforms.
