Steamer is a train found in Western Land of Mario Party 2. Steamer could be ridden, but first a block would appear over the the character's head. If the character hit it and got a Toad Steamer would go forward, but if a Goomba appeared Steamer would go backward.
Steamer made an cameo appearance in Mario Party 3. He appears in the Duel Minigame End of the Line.
Steamer made a minor cameo in the Mario Party 4 board, Toad's Midway Madness.
