Template:Level Shifting Platforms Ahead is level 5-7 of Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island. As the name implies, it consists on jumping from platform to platform in order to avoid falling to the bottomless pit below.

The first part of the level features some Bumpties, Ravens and Goonies, which may help the player get back up if he/she falls down by standing on them. Yoshi must go through some platforms until he gets to a pipe. To enter it, he has to stand on a Goonie to take him there, where he can get a flower and several coins.

After riding a Pinwheel, Yoshi arrives to some more Flatbed Ferries and then he can get to the second part of the level, where he must jump through some falling rocks in order to get to the GOAL! Ring.
