Rhomps are a rolling species of Thwomp that first appeared in Super Mario Galaxy 2. They are found in the Slipsand Galaxy where they attempt to flatten Mario in certain areas. They are very dangerous as they can instantly deplete Mario's health. They are basically tube-shaped stones with smiley faces and they have two circular stones on their sides with square designs on them.

Trivia
- Their behavior and appearance makes them resemble the mummy-like Spindels from Super Mario 64, they even possess the same attack pattern.
