Pikkarikun[1] (ピッカリクン) appear in Wario Land: Super Mario Land 3. They are small thunderclouds sporting an impish face that float above Wario. When they flash, they will drop lightning bolts down on him. They are invincible.
Their name comes from pikapika, onomatopoeia for electric sparkling.
