Light-Blue Yoshi begins the course in a jungle-like area with [[Spear Guy]]s. Light-Blue Yoshi must avoid them while riding moving platforms and getting a key to a hut. The hut eventually leads back outside, to an area with a [[Checkpoint Ring|Middle Ring]] and falling rocks. The player must avoid the rocks and find a pipe that leads to some checkered blocks that turn into platforms upon contact. Light-Blue Yoshi eventually gets to another Middle Ring and an enemy area. At the end of the level, there is a bush with a Bandit and a Shy Guy. If Light-Blue Yoshi passes through the bush, the Bandit will steal the baby and Yoshi will be carrying the Shy Guy on his back. The [[Goal Ring|goal roulette]] is found soon after.

Spear Guys' Village Found is World 5-3 in Yoshi's Island DS, where Spear Guys live in huts. This level is similar to Jungle Rhythm... from the first game. This level's playable Yoshi is the Light Blue Yoshi.
